Vance has worked at the intersection of video and computers since, um… before computers did video. Along the way he’s been a director, produced award winning animation, created museum exhibits, apps and marketing demos – all in the pursuit of using the latest technology to tell compelling stories. He’s active in the restoration, maintenance and sailing of the voyaging canoe Hawaiʻiloa, the creative lead behind Mālama Honua: My Voyage app, and board member of the Mālama Honua Public Charter School.
