POP Montreal / Seventh Generation Character Design & Intro to Machinima

In collaboration with POP Montreal, five youth from Kahnawake and four from LOVE Quebec each imagined and designed a seventh generation descendant. After formulating who their characters would be and sketching them with paper and pencil, the participants learned how to create avatar versions of those characters in an online virtual world. High-resolution machinimagraph (an image created in a virtual environment) portraits were then taken of their avatars, printed, and exhibited during the 2019 POP Montreal Festival.
