Dr Rilla Khaled is an Associate Professor at the Department of Design and Computation Arts at Concordia University in Canada, and also Director of the Technoculture, Art and Games (TAG) Research Center. Her research and practice has centered on the design of learning and persuasive games, interactions between games and culture, and reseach-creation practices involved in emerging forms of game design. Current research interests include reflective and speculative playful design, that is, how we design digitally mediated play as a vehicle for exploring ambiguous, speculative, and difficult subject matter.
