{"id":4,"date":"2011-07-04T17:50:19","date_gmt":"2011-07-04T17:50:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chrisdrogaris.com\/hexagram\/4\/?page_id=4"},"modified":"2021-08-26T07:57:14","modified_gmt":"2021-08-26T07:57:14","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/skins.abtec.org\/skins3.0\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skins 3.0 Extended Play is the latest version of the Skins Aboriginal Storytelling and Video Game Workshops.\u00a0The participants and organizers of Skins 2.0 Skins Summer Institute decided\u00a0we wanted to stay focused on the same game, to continue learning, polish the graphics and improve the gameplay.\u00a0\u00a0Between March and August\u00a02012 we will meet every two weeks to continue instruction and practice in 3D modeling and animation, computer programming, game design, storyboarding, art direction and sound design. Two 5-day, full-time intensives will also be\u00a0held, one in May and one in August.\u00a0\u00a0Once again we will invite Aboriginal mentors and game-industry professionals to join our core team of students from <a href=\"http:\/\/design.concordia.ca\/programs\/undergraduate\/computation-arts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Concordia&#8217;s Computation Arts<\/a> program.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Individuals interested in participating should contact <\/span><a href=\"mailto:skawennati@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skawennati<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.skins.abtec.org\/skins1.0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skins 1.0<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, the prototype workshop, was held at Kahnawake Survival School, the high school of the Kahnawake First Nation.
